ASW Acquires 41.18% Stake in ZAAP World, Expanding into Lifestyle & Entertainment Business
Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW) has acquired a 41.18% stake in ZAAP World, venturing into a comprehensive Lifestyle & Entertainment business to capitalize on the recovering market. This partnership combines ASW's expertise in lifestyle-focused real estate development with ZAAP World’s leadership in creating music experiences that resonate with the younger generation. With over 10 years of experience in organizing concerts, festivals, and business events, ZAAP World aims to expand into a full-scale lifestyle business, reinforcing its position as a market leader for the new generation.
Mr. Kramchat Wiphanpong, CEO of Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW), a leading real estate developer focused on lifestyle under the concept of “Happiness Designed for You” or “We Build Happiness”, stated that the company aims to drive growth through three strategies: JV-M&A-Collab, which includes Joint Ventures, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Collaborations, to become a leading real estate operator in Thailand. Recently, on October 19, 2022, the company acquired a 41.18% stake in ZAAP World Entertainment Co., Ltd., a comprehensive Lifestyle & Entertainment business.
This investment aims to leverage ZAAP World’s expertise in organizing concerts, festivals, and business events to create a new musical phenomenon, reinforcing ASW's position as a lifestyle real estate developer under the concept of “Happiness Designed for You” or “We Build Happiness”, aligning with ZAAP World’s vision of “ZAAP is your friend”. ASW will connect the musical lifestyle of the younger generation with its condominium projects such as KAVE, ATMOZ, MODIZ, and other residential brands to expand its customer base and foster ongoing brand loyalty.

This event will be held at Live Park Rama 9, and the company plans to continue organizing concerts during this high season.
